Main Meal: Dinner Should Be Eaten Between 4pm and 6pm!Monday - ThursdayDinner should include everything home-cooked, and no processed sugar. At dinner you can have seconds of everyting, and thirds of all vegtables. Dinners during the week should contain one meat, one filler and one veggi. Examples of a good dinner are:
Chuck-Roast Dinner (Potatoes, Carrots and Chuck Roast)Spaghetti and Meat Loaf and CornSquash, Noodles, Ground BeefMain Meal: Dinner Should Be Eaten Between 5pm and 8pm!Friday - SundayDinners on weekends should contain one meat, one filler, and one fruit or veggi.
Apple, Sausage and Sweet Potato (you bake them together all day in a big glass baking dish, with some added brown sugar and a little syrup, and it's soooo good)Fruit Salad, Chicken, Mash Potatos
