Breakfast

Any of the following will make a decent breakfast.
Eat any of the following with a handfull of dried fruit and/or a handfull of nuts.
These are listed in order from my highest recommendation, to the at least eat something at the bottom.
No Soda! No Snappple! No High Fructose Corn Syrup! Breakfast should NEVER contain any candy or highly surgared anything!
Coffee should not be drank everyday. It forces the heart to work harder than it always can, and if pushed too hard, it can do damage, make you sick, or over time, even cause a hear failure or heart attack.
I encourage a real breakfast to be eaten on Sunday which can be any of the following:
Add a fruit drink or tall glass of milk to any of the following:
Absolutely no sugared cearals!
